How does the delivery process work?
Once you order something from us, we check it carefully to make sure it's perfect before sending it out. Then, we give it to our delivery partner who brings it to you as quickly as possible, usually within 1-3 days.
How are items packaged?
We use boxes to pack our products, and we take extra care to ensure their safety during shipping. Each product is wrapped in bubble wrap, and fragile items like bottles are secured with even more bubble wrap. We are proud of the high quality of our packaging.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?
After we send your order, we will send you an email with information about the tracking number and courier company handling your order. You can track your package's status 24 hours after it leaves our warehouse.

We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours, except on Sundays and public holidays. Although we keep 95% of our products in our inventory, some products may need to be sourced directly from the brand to ensure they are fresh and non-expired.
While we try to avoid delays, these products may cause delays in your order. If you order during a sale event, dispatches may also be delayed due to high volumes. In some cases, unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, transportation delays, or political disruptions may delay your order. We will try to keep you updated on any delays through SMS or email, and you can also track your order on the logistic service provider's website.
We always aim to deliver your order as soon as possible, but sometimes delays may occur. If we can't deliver to your address, we will cancel your order and refund the product amount (shipping fee is non-refundable). Please note that the estimated delivery time provided during order confirmation is only an estimate, and we cannot guarantee delivery within that time frame.
My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?
No need to worry! This is a common situation, where different parts of your order may have been shipped from different locations.
Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?
We have standard shipping fees for most addresses in India.
Orders below Rs.499 will have a flat shipping fee of Rs.70, while orders above Rs.499 will have free shipping.
